Welcome to GTIPro! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GTIPro application (the "App"), provided by GTIPro ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or its servers. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, distributing malware, and engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GTIPro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. App License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The App may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, reliability, or availability. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTIPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (c) any content obtained from the App; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GTIPro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GTIPro is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
